Privacy

Contact forms collect your name, email, phone number, inquiry and permission to respond. Community subscriptions require email confirmation. Chapter meeting notices require member opt-in and are separate from community updates.

Authorized chapter staff can review contact requests and email delivery records. Member documents require an approved account. Approved public images and flyers include a chapter permission record. You can unsubscribe using the link in each notice without losing member access.

WordPress stores login cookies for signed-in members. This theme does not add analytics or advertising trackers. Linked group, ticketing and application services have their own privacy terms.

Contact the chapter to request correction or deletion of website records. The chapter should confirm its retention schedule and contact details before launch.

Storage and custody records

Inventory checkouts record the signed-in member, item, quantity, purpose, destination, due date and condition. Chapter members can see who holds an item; custodians can review its history. Physical document custody is separate from access to digital records.

Google Drive

The administrator may connect the chapter account to select document metadata. Original files stay in Google Drive and keep their Google sharing permissions. Approved resource titles and links appear only to the assigned chapter members. Contact chapter leadership about record corrections and retention.
